Student Terms and Conditions
This agreement is entered into between the student and Hawaii Firearms Fundamentals for the purpose of firearms safety instruction under HRS 134-2.
Assumption of risk. The student acknowledges that the handling of firearms involves inherent risk of serious injury or death, and voluntarily assumes all such risk.
Eligibility. The student affirms they are legally eligible to acquire and own a firearm under the laws of the State of Hawaii.
Range conduct. The student agrees to obey all range commands immediately and without argument, and to treat every firearm as if it were loaded.
By signing below the student confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out above.
