Interested in powerlifting but don't know where to start? Join the Twisted Fitness Powerlifting Club. The club is perfect for the brand-new lifter or the seasoned competitor.

The club meets multiple times a week. Membership has its benefits: one-on-one instruction from a seasoned powerlifting coach plus individual programming to follow when you're lifting on your own.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting is comprised of two lifts; the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. A lifter gets three attempts at each lift to post the highest combined total. It looks simple. It is anything but. Weightlifting requires balance, mobility, strength, speed, and above all, technique.

Twisted Fitness has bumper plates, men's and women's barbells, four wood platforms, and multiple sets of jerk blocks. With high-level professional coaches, the journey is much easier.
